You are responsible for using CourtCircle lawfully, respectfully, and only for managing real sports groups, sessions, matches, and related activity. Do not misuse the service, interfere with other users, or attempt to access data that you are not allowed to view.

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. If you manage a group, you are responsible for assigning roles and access only to appropriate members.

CourtCircle relies on users and group admins to enter accurate player, session, team, score, and match information. Ratings, leaderboards, weekly champions, and history depend on that submitted data.

Use CourtCircle in a way that preserves the experience for other groups and players. Do not upload harmful content, spam the service, create misleading records, or use automated activity that disrupts the platform.

CourtCircle is provided as-is. We work to keep the platform reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or permanent access to every feature during beta.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, CourtCircle is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses related to score disputes, group decisions, service interruptions, or user-entered data.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of CourtCircle after updated terms are posted means you accept the updated terms.
