Information We Collect
CourtCircle collects account information you provide, such as your email address, full name, username, city, state, and sport preferences. Groups may also include local player names for people who do not yet have accounts.
Player Names and Session History
We use player names, group memberships, match results, session attendance, generated rounds, scores, ratings, and leaderboard activity to provide the core CourtCircle experience. These records may be visible to members of the relevant group or facility views in the app.
Authentication and Email
CourtCircle uses Supabase authentication to manage sign-in, account sessions, password login, and email-based access. Your email is used for account access, authentication messages, support, and important service-related notices. We do not show email addresses publicly in leaderboards or match history.
How We Use Data
We use data to operate the app, maintain group and session history, calculate ratings, improve reliability, respond to support requests, and protect the service from misuse.
No Sale of Personal Data
CourtCircle does not sell personal data. We do not share personal information with advertisers or data brokers.
Security and Retention
We use managed infrastructure, access controls, and database security rules to protect account and group data. We keep account, group, match, and session data while it is needed to provide the service, preserve group history, comply with obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain backups.
